Introduction and definitions
Welcome to migrantgo.eu (“Platform”, “Service”, “Site”) a platform that connects you with many experts in various fields. This User Agreement, and any documents expressly incorporated herein by reference, govern your access to and use of the migrantgo.eu (“We”, “Us” or “Our”) services (“Services”).
Your access to and use of the Platform is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Platform.
By clicking on the acceptance buttons related to the Terms and Privacy Policy, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of the Terms, you may not access the Platform.
Description of services
We provide a platform for users (“You”, “Your” or “User”) to find, connect with and utilize the services of various Experts. We do not provide the services directly and are not responsible for any transactions between you and Experts. The experts are not our employees or agents, but are independent organizations. We do our best to verify their credentials and experience, but we make no guarantees as to their qualifications or the quality of their services.
Account and personal information
Legitimacy . It is mandatory that you register your account in person. The use of “bots” or other automated methods to register an account is prohibited. You also need to be 16 years of age or older.
Registration information . One user can only have one account. When registering, you must provide a valid permanent e-mail address, as well as any other information necessary ( required ) to use the services of the platform.
Safety. You are personally responsible for the security of your account. It is your personal responsibility to keep your password for account access confidential. We shall not be liable for any loss, damage caused by your non-compliance of this commitment to safety. You must notify Platform immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
Your personal data is processed in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 on the protection of personal data intended to apply Regulation No. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of Europe. April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR)
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless migrantgo.eu and its officers, directors, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way related to your access to or use of the Services or your breach of these Terms.
User responsibilities
You are forbidden:
- intentionally mislead anyone about their identity, impersonate another person, or falsely state any information required by the Platform
- use material, language that is offensive, pornographic, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, libelous, threatening or of any other nature that may cause embarrassment or any other negative emotions or consequences of the use of such material. “The Platform” may, in its sole discretion, consider the nature of the materials used by the “user”
- interference in the operation of the “Platform” in any way that would entail any restrictions on the full use of the “Platform”
- infringe or violate the rights of any other party, including, without limitation, any intellectual property rights, including copyright laws, or rights of privacy or publicity
- use of the logo, any visual representation of the Platform, materials of any nature, without the written consent of the Platform
Payment, refunds
A valid credit card is required to pay for services. Payments do not include taxes, fees, charges, duties, other fees of any kind imposed upon the use of the platform under your jurisdiction, and such amounts are your responsibility and payable by you.
migrantgo.eu guarantees the return of all funds paid for the advice or assistance of an expert or consultant of the platform. The main condition for a refund is that the client provides proof that all documents have been submitted to the immigration office or consulate or any other public or private institution related to the service, in accordance with the instructions and recommendations of the lawyer, expert or consultant of the platform.
Violation of these Terms of Service
We reserve the right to thoroughly investigate and prosecute any violations of these Terms to the fullest extent of the law. We may cooperate with and support law enforcement authorities in prosecuting Users who violate the Terms of Service.
By agreeing hereto, you agree that migrantgo.eu may, in its sole discretion, remove or destroy any data, accounts or other content that violates the Terms of Service or is otherwise deemed unacceptable.
Termination
You are solely responsible for properly canceling your account. For security reasons, requests to delete or modify your account will only be made from your personal account.
Deleted accounts cannot be recovered. Note that we may store residual account information in backup and/or archive copies of the database.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.
Changes to platform functionality as well as pricing.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our platform, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice. However – we will endeavor to provide customers with information about upcoming maintenance and possible service disruptions. Prices for our plans and services are subject to revision. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any changes, price modifications, suspension or discontinuance of the platform.
We also reserve the right to make changes to our Terms of Service. Please be assured that we will use reasonable efforts to provide you with notice of material changes, and your use of the platform after such changes are made will be deemed to be your agreement to them.
